Processing Time:

We’re all about that fast and fabulous service!

Same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2PM (UK time), Monday–Friday

Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends, or UK bank holidays will be processed the next business day
During restocks or sale events, processing may take a little longer – but don’t worry, we’re working hard behind the scenes!

UK Shipping:

You’ve got two great delivery options:

Standard Tracked 48 (Signed For): Estimated 2 business days

Next Day Delivery (Tracked 24 Signed For): Orders placed before 2PM will be delivered the next working day (on very rare occasions, it may take up to 2 working days)

Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way!

International Shipping – Because Glam Has No Borders:

We ship worldwide, doll!

Express Shipping (Tracked Signed For): 5–7 business days

Standard Shipping (Tracked Signed For): Can take up to 21 business days (but that’s rare – most arrive way sooner!)

Customs & Duties:

All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the parcel reaches your country.

These charges are set by your local government and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Unfortunately, The Lash Barbie Supplies has no control over these fees and is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more info before ordering.

Lost or Missing Parcels:

Once your order is dispatched and tracking info is sent, it’s in the hands of the courier. If your parcel is MIA, reach out to the courier directly. We'll do what we can to help but unfortunately, We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Entered the wrong shipping info? Email us at [email protected] ASAP!

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to correct it. Once it’s out the door, there’s not much we can do – so always double-check before confirming your order!
