Returns Policy

We hope you love your lash goodies as much as we loved packing them for you! Because of the nature of our products (and hygiene standards), we keep our returns policy clear and simple:

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the type of products we sell (including adhesives, lash trays, cleansers, and other hygiene-sensitive items), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

 

Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?

Oh no – not the vibe! If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

 

Make sure to include:

 

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll review everything and get back to you ASAP with a solution!

 

 

What’s Not Covered:

 

  • Items damaged due to improper storage (e.g. lash adhesive not stored upright or at the correct temperature)
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details (please double-check your info before placing an order!)
  • Change of mind or mistaken orders
  • Orders reported after the 3-day return window

 

 

Refunds & Replacements:

If your item qualifies for a replacement or refund, we’ll issue that once we’ve reviewed your claim and confirmed the issue.

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method – please allow a few business days for it to appear in your account.


International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

We recommend double-checking your cart and address before placing your order – once it’s on the way, it’s yours, babe!

If your international order arrives damaged or defective, still contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assess the situation and do our best to help.
