Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within our stated handling time of same day for next day deliveries and one day for other delivery types. Estimated international delivery is 5–7 business days once shipped. UK shipping is 1-3 days depending on the service chosen at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


In rare circumstances, delivery may take 10+ business days due to:

  • courier delays
  • customs processing
  • weather conditions
  • peak seasonal volumes or logistical disruptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.

 


Customs, Duties & Tariffs

Although we try our best to minimise these, International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse any customs or import fees.


Lost Parcels & Claims

If your tracking shows delays, missing scans, or delivery issues:

  1. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
  2. File a claim or investigation through the courier.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier’s investigation has been completed and confirmed.

 


Customers must wait 7–30 days (up to 30 days for international shipments) before filing a claim, as parcels may still arrive within that timeframe.
