All sales are final.

Due to the hygienic nature of professional lash products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy helps ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can review the issue.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any claims that do not meet these requirements.


Lost or Missing Deliveries

If a parcel shows as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and open an investigation or claim with them.

 

We do not issue refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered until the courier’s investigation has been completed.


Please note:


  • Claims cannot be filed immediately after delivery.
  • Customers must wait 7–30 days before filing a claim with the courier
    (up to 30 days for international orders, depending on the carrier’s policy).
